How long have you worked with Mr. Plumber?

I just celebrated my nine year work anniversary with Mr. Plumber back in April.

What do you love most about working at Mr. Plumber?

The people—my coworkers and the management team—I am so fortunate to have this great job and to work for this great company!

What’s the most rewarding part about your job?

The most rewarding part of my job would be meeting new customers and taking care of their plumbing issues. It’s also rewarding to complete jobs correctly the first time, every time!

Do you have any specific customer experiences that have stuck with you?

Every tough experience sticks with me! That’s how I keep learning every day. I went to a plumbing call one afternoon and upon arrival I heard a faint call for help and found that my customer had fallen and could not get up and had been lying there for a very long time. I helped her up and into a chair and called 911 for an ambulance. They checked her out and found that she was okay, but dehydrated. She was convinced that I saved her life. I was just happy that she was okay and that I was able to help her.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and riding my Harley.
