Jeff was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio, where he got his first 28 years of plumbing experience. I just celebrated my nine-year work anniversary with Mr. Plumber back in April. What do you love most about working at Mr. Plumber? MARIETTA, GA (February 26, 2014) --- Coolray Heating and Cooling Inc. and subsidiary Mr. Plumber received the prestigious 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award. This is the fourth straight year and seventh time overall that Coolray has been honored with the award. The annual award from Angie’s List recognizes companies who provide consistently high-quality customer service. “We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing excellent customer service,” said Ken Haines, President of Coolray, “So this award means a lot to us because it’s a direct result of what our customers think of us.” To receive this award a business must have a minimum number of customer service reports on Angie’s list, and those reports must show high overall ratings. According to Angie’s list, less than 5% of eligible companies receive the annual Super Service award due to these stringent standards. Businesses that won the award get the Super Service Award logo in their search results at AngiesList.com. These businesses, according to Angie’s List, have a “15 to 1 advantage in profile views over businesses that don't have the award.” Angie’s List collects consumer reviews from its members on local service companies and doctors in over 550 categories.
